Neal Systems -- Core Values

1. Personal Attention: We believe that you deserve to talk to a live person when you call our office. Your call to us rings at everyone’s desk, even the president’s. We hope that it is a rare occurrence when you get our general voice mail.
2. Technical Expertise: We do our best to have at least one person in the office who is technically competent on the product you are calling about.
3. Responsibility: When we quote a product to you, we take responsibility that it is the right thing for you and that it is going to work. It wouldn’t occur to us not to take responsibility.
4. Quality: We try to ensure that the companies we represent and the products we provide to you are going to work well and last a long time.
5. Honesty and Openness: We will go out of our way to ensure that Neal Systems and its employees are worthy of your trust. If we don’t think a product or solution is right for you, we’ll tell you. If we made a mistake of some sort, we’ll tell you.
6. Support and Training: A lot of companies out there want to minimize after-sales support of the products they sell you, or else charge you for it. We do our absolute best to provide you free technical support if you are having a problem, both on the phone and with on-site visits. However, we do charge for on-site service calls that are related to engineering design or standard maintenance. As far as training is concerned, we will go out of our way to try and make sure that we train you so that you know what we know. We believe an educated customer is a happy customer.
7. Simplicity of Doing Business: We want to make doing business with Neal Systems as easy and pleasant as possible. We try to structure our business as best we can around our customers’ needs, rather than around internal policies and structure.
