Neal Systems Announces Fourth Straight Year of 15% or Higher Growth

Neal Systems is proud to announce the fourth straight year of 15% or higher growth for its overall business, thanks to continued focus on core industries and key product lines, as well as continued growth in the New York State area. Major projects include regulatory data acquisition and reporting for the pipeline industry, gas leak detection projects for plant and personnel safety, and hazardous area purging systems for oil rigs.

Neal Systems Hires John Lamp as Sales Engineer

Neal Systems is pleased to announce the hiring of John Lamp into our sales engineering team.  John is recently graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s in mechanical engineering from Virginia University, and has experience with temperature and vibration sensing, as well as data acquisition.  John perfectly fits the NSI team with a love of helping people, a great personality, and excellent leadership capability.  John will be assisting NSI Territory Manager Ken Taylor with customer relationships in western New York state, Delaware, southern Jersey, and the Philadelphia region.   

 
Red Lion Announces Neal Systems as Representative for Red Lion, N-Tron, and Sixnet

Neal Systems has represented Sixnet (www.sixnet.com) for the past 8 years as a distributor / system integrator for their industrial automation, Ethernet switch, and cellular network product lines.  Earlier in 2012, Sixnet was purchased by Red Lion Controls (www.redlion.net), an engineering-focused company with specialties in digital indicators, HMIs, process controllers, and panel meters.  Red Lion has just announced Neal Systems as an official representative of the Red Lion and N-Tron Ethernet switch brands, covering Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Maryland. 

 
Neal Systems Hires Tom Gilfert as Junior Engineer

Neal Systems is pleased to announce our newest technical specialist to our systems engineering team – Tom Gilfert.  Tom is military-trained as a communications site team leader in the Marine Special Forces, with specialties in video, radar, microwave, satellite, and encrypted communications.  He also spent many years in field engineering with Ericcsson / Sprint / Nextel as a cellular network administrator.    

 
Neal Systems Announces Dexter Vilar as Northeast New Jersey Territory Manager

Neal Systems is pleased to announce that Dexter Vilar has been promoted to sales territory manager for the northeast New Jersey counties of Somerset, Middlesex, Union, Essex, Morris, Hudson, and Bergen.  Customers in those counties were taken care of for 25 years by Alan Lake, who sadly lost his battle with cancer in September.  Dexter has spent the last eight years as Neal Systems’ main application engineer.  He has an electrical engineering degree from Penn State, and extensive application engineering, technical support, and marketing background in instrumentation, controls, drives, and recorders with the companies Leeds & Northrup and also Honeywell.   

 
Neal Systems Announces Steve Slavutsky as Lehigh Valley Territory Manager

Neal Systems is pleased to announce that Steve Slavutsky has been promoted to sales territory manager for the Lehigh Valley counties of Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, Lehigh and Northampton.  These territories were previously covered by Shane Filer, who has assumed a full-time role in sales management within the company. Steve’s excellent technical engineering background and attention detail make him a great fit for the sales engineering team within NSI.  

 
Neal Systems Hires Suzy Steininger as Customer Service / Shipping and Receiving

She will also be handling our shipping/receiving role.  Suzy has a music degree from Millersville University, and has been a music teacher for the past few years.  Her great attention to detail, love of helping customers, and bubbly personality makes her a perfect fit for Neal Systems!

Mark Reich Hired as Senior Controls Engineer

Neal Systems is pleased to announce the hiring of Mark Reich, an experienced controls engineer with 25+ years of experience in process and discrete manufacturing systems. Mark is a degreed engineer, with an associates and bachelors of technology in electrical engineering, as well as a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Education. He has applied his engineering expertise in industries which include water and waste water, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, printing, and plastics. Mark applies his experience and knowledge of technology and industry to delight customers of Neal Systems and working with and developing employees. His areas of specialty include System Design, Technical Leadership, PLC Programming, HMI Design, Advanced Troubleshooting, Training Development and Project Commissioning.

 
Neal Systems Hires Steve Slavutsky as Application Engineer

Neal Systems is pleased to announce Steve Slavutsky as our newest team member in the application engineering role.  Steve has an electrical engineering degree from Temple University near Philadelphia.  He has application engineering and hardware design experience with instrumentation, controllers, recorders and drive units with both Leeds & Northrup as well as Honeywell, and most recently did engineering hardware design for Agere Systems in the Lehigh Valley.

JIM DICKERT HIRED AS SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Neal Systems announces the hiring of Jim Dickert, an electrical engineer with an extensive instrumentation and controls background. Jim comes to NSI with extensive experience in panel-building, panel-design, CAD drawings, site startups/installations, and HMI/PLC programming. He joins NSI’s systems engineering team, which focuses on adding value to the products that NSI represents and distributes for.
