Entry level position preparing, entering and managing orders, answering and assisting customers on phone and online, confirming receipt and accuracy of orders with manufacturers, and helping NSI sales team and their territory customers.

Salary: 46K

Location: Newtown, PA, in office

Start Date: September 2023

• Excellent with computer programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and, once trained, company-specific software

• Very customer service oriented – a real love of serving people

• Able to continuously reprioritize competing demands of orders, projects, emails, and customer or sales team requests

• Ability to adapt and function well with a fast-paced, dynamic work load

• Faithful in following through on orders and deferred tasks requiring attention

• Having an aptitude and interest in understanding technical terms and concepts

• Exhibiting a pleasant and fun personality with a great disposition for helping others

• Excellent communicator, verbally and in writing

• Ability to perform general office duties, cross-train and grow professionally as needed
