As part of Schneider Electric’s S Series of intelligent transmitters, the IGP50S is designed to measure gauge pressure with a premium accuracy of up to ±0.025% of reading, making it one of the most precise transmitters in its class. It utilizes advanced FoxCal™ technology, which stores multiple pre-calibrated pressure ranges within a single device. This allows the transmitter to automatically select the most accurate calibration curve in response to changing process conditions, ensuring consistently precise measurements across a wide range of operating spans.

Built to operate reliably in harsh environments, the IGP50S features a rugged and compact design with housing options in epoxy-coated aluminum or 316 stainless steel, and it offers ingress protection ratings of IP66/67 and NEMA 4X. The sensor is available in a variety of corrosion-resistant materials, including 316L stainless steel, Monel™, Tantalum, and optional gold-plated variants for hydrogen service, making it ideal for chemical, petrochemical, offshore, and energy sector applications. The transmitter is also SIL 2 certified for use in safety instrumented systems (SIS), and is available in explosion-proof and intrinsically safe configurations, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of international hazardous area certifications including ATEX, FM, CSA, and IECEx.
