IMP10S Multivariable Transmitter

The IMP10S is an intelligent, multivariable pressure transmitter from Schneider Electric’s Foxboro line. It combines differential pressure, absolute or gauge pressure, and temperature (process or sensor) into a single instrument—eliminating the need for separate transducers. Built for modern mass or volumetric flow measurement systems, the IMP10S calculates flow rate directly when paired with differential-pressure primary devices (typically the FLW10S-enhanced version), using embedded compensation for temperature, pressure, density, and viscosity variations. The IMP10S is a highly efficient, multivariable transmitter that simplifies flow and pressure measurement systems by combining multiple inputs into one rugged unit. With embedded calculation capabilities, excellent stability, local configuration options, and compliance for safety environments, it enables cleaner panel layouts, fewer penetrations, and more accurate compensated flow readings in mass or volumetric systems.
