On 17 January 2014, the company announced that it had completed its acquisition of Invensys, a multinational engineering and information technology company. Invensys brings proven capabilities in process automation technologies that highly complement Schneider Electric, offering customers unique value in terms of segment know-how, technologies, and geographic footprint.
Invensys’ subsidiaries include Eurotherm (measurement and instrumentation for process control), Chessell (recording, monitoring and data acquisition equipment), Foxboro (distributed control systems), and Wonderware (operations management and industrial automation software). These companies are key providers to the comprehensive NSI product line for complete industrial automation solutions for all aspects of plant operations and processes.

Neal Systems is pleased to announce the hiring of Richard Kane as our marketing director. He graduated with a bachelor’s from the University of Delaware and a master’s from Clark University. Rich joins us after a 22-year active duty career as a U.S. Army officer and, more recently, as a Department of Defense consultant with Computer Sciences Corporation. In his new role, Rich will apply his skills in information technology, training, data analysis, communications, and marketing to serve and develop NSI’s base of customers and manufacturers.

Neal Systems is pleased to announce the hiring of Leslie Stiffler as our systems administrator. Leslie has a background in inside sales/customer service with Siemens and Westinghouse and in mental health services. She graduated with a bachelor’s from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s from California University of Pennsylvania. Leslie brings to her position key skills that include organization, enthusiasm, project management, and complex multiple task execution. Leslie will manage our many and varied systems integration projects.

Neal Systems (NSI) is pleased to announce the hiring of Mike Gribbin, who will be managing our newest expansion territory – western PA and West Virginia. Mike served four years in the Marines as a ground radio repairman. He followed this with an electrical engineering degree from Penn State, and then pursued his MBA candidacy through Clemson-at-Furman University. He has a rich engineering background with companies like Boeing, Westinghouse, Elliot Compressors, and Emerson, gaining immense knowledge in the design, startup and commission of projects involving compressors, steam turbines, and generators. He has extensive experience designing and implementing instrumentation and automation world, including HMIs, SCADA, intrinsic safety, valves, vibration monitoring, PLCs and distributed control systems (DCS).
