COVID-19 Update

Neal Systems Inc (NSI) is taking the current situation with COVID-19 very seriously and has taken all necessary precautions to keep our staff and customers safe.  We will continue business as usual providing the necessary products and services to keep the industries we support functioning.  If you have trouble reaching customer service via phone during this time, please consider using our website forms or email sales@nealsystems.com to reach us more expediently.  
 
NSI’s primary purpose is to support the critical infrastructure (electric utilities, water, wastewater, steam, etc.) and industrial companies (pharmaceutical, food, beverage, chemical, oil/gas, etc.) throughout Virginia to New York — all of which are vital to our nation’s wellbeing during this time.  We do this by providing products, service, and engineering capabilities that these companies need to effectively and safely run their plant processes.  Neal Systems offers remote technical assistance, on-site support and 24/7 emergency support to many of these customers.  Our service and engineering team does have extra capacity to help should you need additional on-site assistance for emergency, shutdown, or upgrade situations. 

Currently we are not seeing an increase in lead times from any of our vendors.  However, there is a potential for many of the products which include internal electronic components that are sourced overseas to see a delay in manufacturing and thus increased lead times.  Because of this, we are advising our customers to place orders for mission critical items as soon as possible.  If you are unsure if a product or service you need may be affected, please contact us!
